What is Moxa?


Moxa is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has many benefits. Moxa is made from the leaves of the Artemisia vulgaris plant and is commonly known as mugwort. Mugwort grows wildly in Michigan and is a Eurasian species.


Moxa leaves are rolled into sticks. The smokeless sticks that I use look like a compacted cigar and emit hardly any smoke.
